Toronto's Katie Patrick Wins
Her 2nd University Crown
Katie Patrick became the first Canadian woman to win the Black Knight
Canadian University and College squash championships twice when
she defeated Western's Stephanie Edmison in the final on her home
court. Patrick's other success was in 2004. In the Men's Final,
Andrew Jones from Western was playing in his 5th Championship and
finally won the gold medal to the delight of the crowd...More

and Colleges Championships
The 5th Black Knight Canadian University and Squash Championships
were held at the University of Toronto this past weekend. Once again
the event has grown in importance with 16 Canadian schools being
represented from Alberta in the west to Newfoundland in the east

Rob Nigro wins Black Knight
Canadian Univerisity Championship
Rob Nigro from the University of Western Ontario won his
3rd consecutive Black Knight Canadian University Open Championship
when he comfortably defeated his fellow teammate Andrew Jones 3-0
in Toronto from March 12-14th. Jones had earlier upset the seeding
by winning the semi final against the #2 Josh Struthers from the
University of Manitoba 3-1. Struthers recovered to take the bronze
medal by beating another Western player Jeff Lurie 3-0. - March
