Canadian-born & long-time sports massage therapist Ronald Fauvel passes away

    Squash Canada is saddened to confirm that montreal-born Ronald Fauvel has passed away.  Fauvel, a massage therapist at the National Sports Institute of Malaysia Sports and long-time massage therapist to eight-time world champion, Nicol David, passed away last night. 

    As the personal massage therapist for eight-time World Champion Nicol David since 1997, Ronald was a respected member of the squash community and his presence will be sorely missed.

    Ronald (56), from Montreal (QC), leaves behind a wife and two children.  A memorial in his hounour will be held on Saturday June 3 at the Gui Yuan Crematorium in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
