Entry Fee
$125 + HST  per participant

Entry Deadline
ENTRY DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MARCH 26, 12:01 AM PST (3:01 AM EST). Payment must be received for entry to be accepted.

Entry Package
All competitors are guaranteed three matches. Entry also includes four meals, tournament souvenir, Saturday night squash exhibition, and player and parent socials events.

Playing Schedule
Players must be available to play Thursday, April 19th at 9am.

Practice Courts
Players may reserve practice courts at the National Squash Academy from April 9th onwards by emailing Jamie Nicholls at jamie@nationalsquashacademy.com

Eligibility
All athletes myst be a member in good standing with your provincial/territorial association.

Players are required to provide proof of age and residency upon registration at the event (copy of passport, birth certificate, or drivers licence). Players must be of appropriate age for the category entered as of April 22, 2012.

Refund Policy
Withdrawal prior to March 22nd, 2012 - 75% of entry fee
Withdrawal between March 22nd - March 29th, 2012 - 50% of entry fee
Withdrawal after March 29th, 2012 - no refund will be issued

Attire/Eyeguard Policy
Suitable squash attire (does not have to be white clothing only). Shoes (any colour) must be non-marking.

Eyeguards are mandatory for all participants.

Transportation
Shuttle will be provided to and from the airport on Wednesday, April 18th and Sunday, April 22nd.

Shuttle will also be provided between the club and hotel daily.
