Head Squash Coach Wanted for Franklin & Marshall College
Head Men's and Women's Squash Coach Franklin & Marshall College Lancaster, Pennsylvania, US Franklin & Marshall College seeks an experienced coaching professional who is committed to heading a top quality men's and women's squash program while supporting the academic excellence that is central to the College's mission. A member of the College Squash Association and the Centennial Conference, Franklin & Marshall is also a NCAA Division III - member institution. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of a multi-faceted squash program within the department of Athletics & Recreation. Additional duties as assigned. The successful candidate will oversee the scheduling and development of the tennis and squash facilities and will coordinate College varsity and recreation needs with summer, camp and Community Programs, including for-profit training activities. Requirements: A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. The position requires an understanding of the role of intercollegiate athletics in a highly competitive academic environment; strong recruiting, teaching, and coaching skills; and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with student athletes and athletics alumni to support the College Squash Association and NCAA policies and procedures, to work with a diverse student athlete population and to collaborate and communicate with a wide variety of students, faculty and administrators.
