Development Opportunities
Coaches should take any opportunities to further develop their coaching knowledge. It keeps one fresh and up-to-date with new coaching techniques and methodology.
NCCP Multi-Sport Modules, Part A and
B and 6 Comp-Dev Modules.
These modules provide an opportunity for all coaches to develop their coaching knowloedge further. The modules are available as take home study. Please ask your Provincial/Territorial office for information.
Professional development is offered at Clubs, by the Provinces and Territories and by Squash Canada and Coaching Association of Canada
Examples: World Coaching Conference. Squash Canada or P/T Coaching Conferences, seminars and workshops. Logged mentoring, independent learning, formal education, involvement as an LF, coaching in new situations (higher levels, international experience) and contributions to the development of coaching (committees, club managers), any of the National Coaching Certification Program Multi-Sport Modules. Part A, Part B, or 6 Comp-Dev modules. Auditing any Coach Technical Training Courses.

and Evaluator
If you are interested in becoming a Learning Facilitator and
Evaluator for the Intro to Squash Context, (old Level 1 Technical
and Practical) please contact your Provincial Office.
If you ARE a Learning Facilitator and Evaluator for the Intro
to Squash context, (old Level 1 Technical and Practical) and
are interested in becoming a Learning Facilitator and Evaluator
for the Intermediate and Intro to Competition Context, (old
Level 2 Technical and Practical), please contact your Provincial
Office.
To check your certification status, please visit the Coaching
Association of Canada website at www.coach.ca.
Click on “Certification - Update records and check certification”
in the box on the right hand side of the screen.
Provinces and Territories are invited to post development
opportunities such as workshops and seminars on this website.
