TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Entry Fee
$300.00 + GST per team of three players. For additional persons wishing to attend, i.e., coach, spare, please include $50.00 + GST which covers all meals and social functions.

Return entry form to Squash Canada no later than December 5, 2007 with entry fee (payable to Squash Canada) and player profiles.

Squash Canada refund policy: 75% refund prior to entry deadline; 50% after entry deadline but prior to draws being done; no refund once draws are completed.
