Player's agreement
Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds of entry fees will be handled as follows
by the party receiving the entries (Host Committee or Squash
Canada):
a) Withdrawal prior to entry deadline 75%refund;
b) Withdrawal after entry deadline, but prior to draw preparation
50%refund;
c) Withdrawal after draw preparation no refund.

Age and Residency Policy:
Players are required to provide proof of age and eligibility
upon registration, i.e. copy of passport, birth certificate
or driver’s license. Players must be of appropriate
age for the category entered as of December 15, 2009.
Squash Canada Eyewear Policy:
“That only protective eyewear appearing on the Squash Canada
list of acceptable eye guards meeting the ASTM designation F803
(Standard specification for Eye Protectors for use by players of
Racket Sports), shall be allowable at any Squash Canada sanctioned
event where the use of protective eyewear is mandatory.”

Squash Canada Clothing Policy:
Competitors in National Championships shall wear appropriate squash
attire of any colour. Playing clothing for men shall consist of
short sleeve shirt, shorts, socks and playing shoes. Playing clothing
for women shall consist of a shirt worn with a skirt or shorts,
or a dress, socks and playing shoes. Other garments, such as part
or all of a tracksuit, may be worn during play with the permission
of the referee. The wearing of headwear is permitted provided it
is not so conspicuous or brightly reflective as to distract or unsight
an opponent and shall not be potentially dangerous. In all matters
of judgement or opinion arising from the interpretation of this
clothing rule, the decision of the Tournament Referee shall be final.
