Delegates should have the following information ready:

• Dates of travel
• Airline and flight number information--- we require the airline and flight number of the flight that arrives/departs the Toronto or Buffalo Airport (not the initial flight if it isn't landing in Canada) The name of the hotel they will be staying at in Niagara. A valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.
• The pick up and drop off information pages contain list boxes from which they can simply choose the hotel they are staying at... our system will then fill in the address information.

They should then click (only Once) on the 'Done' button... and the next screen is the Reservation Confirmation Screen. It will provide a confirmation number... and they can print this screen as a receipt as well.

Upon reaching the Reservation Confirmation screen, you will receive a confirmation number and trip review, as well as login information that will be required if you need to edit/cancel or wish to confirm your reservation in future. To use this: simply go to www.niagaraairbus.com, choose 'Reservations', and type the login information into the spaces provided in the light blue portion of the border at the top. Then click on 'submit', and you will notice the passenger name in the light blue portion of the border at the top. You will then see additional icons at the top, and can move your mouse over these in order to see their description. These allow for confirmation, editing and cancellations.

Directions to Club From Toronto Airport: Take the 427 south to QEW Hamilton/Niagara, Follow signs to St. Catharines/Niagara, go through St. Catharines, over Niagara Skyway bridge, take 1st. exit Glendale Ave. Hotel and Club on right.

Directions from Buffalo Airport: Follow signs to Canada, go over Peace Bridge, just past Niagara Falls, look for Glendale exit, take exit turn left, Hotel and club on right.
